38 unemployed youth have participated in joint programs of Employment and Training SPORTS SPACES AND RECREATION I and II of Molina de Segura (27/04/2016)

The closing ceremony and presentation of diplomas to students of mixed programs of Employment and Training SPORTS SPACES AND RECREATION I and II of Molina de Segura will take place on Wednesday April 27 at 19:00 pm in the Hall of Municipal Plenos .

Attend the Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Look, and Councilman Labor Market Policies for Andres Martinez Cervantes.

A total of 38 students have participated in the PMEF Sports and Leisure I and II areas, promoted by the City of Molina de Segura and the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF), which began on March 31, 2015 and they have expired on March 30 this year.

These programs aim to improve the employability of unemployed youth under 25 years, in order to facilitate their employment, training and qualification through alternating with productive work in the execution of works or services of public or social utility.

They are inspired and maintains many common elements with traditional programs Workshop Schools and Trade.

The project has been divided into 2 phases: first phase, three months of training, in which students have received scholarship assistance;

and second phase, nine months, alternating training with work and professional practice, in which students are hired by the City Council in the form of "training contract" by wage earners 75% SMI.

The project has been funded by the SEF, with 411,895.68 euros, and the City Council, with 284,267 euros.

The training has been on the training schedule of the following professional certificates:

Auxiliary operations of masonry factories and covers.

Furniture facilities.

TIG welding and coated electrode.

Operations plumbing and domestic heating.

Also, students of this project workers have received additional training in these specialties, as well as guidance, counseling, vocational training and business information throughout the training process.

The works that have intervened, were:

Restoration of public spaces in urban areas Ceramics 2 and Polideportivo Municipal El Romeral.

Maintenance of buildings and public areas.

Upon completion, students are awarded the certificate of professionalism of the specialty in which they are formed.
