The signing of the addendum to the collaboration agreement between the City of Molina de Segura and Caritas Interparroquial of the town to increase by 10,000 euros municipal contribution for care and assistance to immigrants, bystanders and other groups took place on Thursday 28 July in the molinense consistory.

They have attended the Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Look, the Secretary General of Caritas in the region of Murcia, Juan Antonio Illán, and the Coordinator of Caritas in Molina de Segura, Pedro Mondejar Lorca.

Last March 2016, the City of Molina de Segura signed a collaboration agreement with Caritas, for a total amount of 50,000 euros.

On Tuesday July 19, the Governing Board approved the Addendum to this agreement, which is an additional contribution of 10,000 euros.

"The increase in demand for care and support by individuals and groups at risk of exclusion necessitated a greater contribution from the City Council to support social action that takes place in our town Caritas," says the mayor, Esther Clavero.
