The FESTIVITIES Molina de Segura 2016 will start on Saturday, September 3, with the traditional pilgrimage Rise of the Patroness of the city, Our Lady of Consolation, from the Hermitage to the Church of the Assumption.
Today, Friday August 29 at the Signature Restaurant, took place the official presentation of the poster and the festive program, ceremony which was attended by the mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Look, and Councilman Local Festivals, Andres Martinez Cervantes .
The festivities will last until Monday, September 19, holiday in the town, with the return of the Patroness of Molina de Segura to his hermitage.
Throughout all these days, molinenses and visitors can enjoy a full and varied program of festive and sporting events, which are increasing in number, while activities also reach a larger number of public spaces.
The music will be one of the main attractions of the molinenses parties.
The main concert hall will be located in the Plaza of Spain, although other squares and public spaces of the town will host musical performances, such as the Municipal Auditorium, and squares of Europe, Murcia Region, etc.
Act artists such as Carlos Baute, Miguel Poveda, tightrope walker, BITE AND CLOT and Parrandboleros, as well as local, music and tributes to great bands and artists groups.
And the Football Sánchez Canovas hosts the twelfth edition of B SIDE Festival of Molina de Segura, held on Friday 9 and Saturday 10 September, with performances by IZAL, FUEL FANDANGO, Talisco, DOG, SHINOVA and djs CARLOS ARECES And ANÃBAL GÓMEZ (OJETE HEAT).
Within the musical section, the main novelty of this year found the first weekend, on Saturday September 3, with MOLINA ENJOY event.

Lovers of jazz, blues and rock and roll can enjoy from 11.00 pm until dawn, more than 12 hours of music oldies Molina de Segura.
Among the groups programmed ENJOY MOLINA are six regional bands (She Robin, Alv McMartin, Antonio Cassinello R & R Trio, Grrr !, The meatpies and Fernando Rubio), a national band, Big Dani Pérez "Saxplosion" which present his new album in the region, and American jazz singer Randy Greer accompanied by the Cole Diggers group.
A scheduled concerts in the Plaza of the Murcia Region and the Municipal Auditorium will be joined by other parallel activities such as the screening of musical documentary film at the Museum of the Enclave of the Wall (MUDEM), an acoustic concert at Vega Shopping Mall Plaza, and design and market trends, IDEA mARKET, which will run throughout the weekend of 3 and 4 September in the Park Company.
ENJOY MOLINA is organized by the molinense Guitar Lady music producer and has the institutional sponsorship of the City of Molina de Segura.
Noteworthy in the organization of this musical event molinenses the large number of companies and Vega Media collaborating and sponsoring.
Also new this year is the expansion of MEDIEVAL MARKET, which enlarges and reach new areas of the city, with the logical increase of posts.
The Department of Local Festivals distributed some 21,000 copies of the playbill, which will be available in late August.
The Pregón Party will take place on Friday, September 9, at the Teatro Villa de Molina, in charge of the molinense pianist Pilar Valero Abril.
