The Department of Tourism of the City of Molina de Segura celebrates World Tourism Day with the dual aim of promoting the town as a tourist destination and make a call attention to the needs of tourists who suffer some form of disability.
The consistory molinense participates, on Tuesday 27 September, in the V Hiring Tourism Exchange Murcia, organized by the Institute of Tourism of the Region of Murcia (ITREM) in Caravaca de la Cruz.
This is an event in which more than 200 tourism professionals involved.
Molina de Segura will release its tourism products and routes to major national operators and receptive agencies in the region.
The Department of Tourism will present a half-day excursion with lunch option and has been specially designed for this occasion.
You will visit the Museum of the Wall Enclave (MUDEM), the Mirador del Castillo, Museo del Horno Council and the Office of Tourism this tour.
"It's a unique opportunity to drive the commercialization of our destiny among key national and regional tourism stakeholders," explains Councillor of Tourism, Rocío Sánchez Balsalobre.
The theme this year is to promote the Universal Accessibility.
The mayor also pointed out that "it is necessary to develop a type of tourism accessible for all, that leads to the creation of spaces in which the needs of all people are taken into account. We must work on the progressive abolition of barriers, so that anyone can enjoy the tourist experience normal way. "
