The City of Molina de Segura and SERCOMOSA, with the participation of the company "GecorSystem" launches an app, called "Watch Molina", that caters easily, simply and directly incidences of public roads that are detected by the citizenship.

This new participatory management system has been presented Tuesday October 25 at a press conference by the Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Look, Councilman Information Technology and Communication, Fernando Miñana Hurtado, Councillor of Public Roads , Fuensanta Martinez Jimenez, SERCOMOSA Manager, Juan Romero Gaspar and Head of the ICT SERCOMOSA, Julia Inmaculada López Santos.

"Watch Molina" has been on probation for three months in which there have been more than 100 ads.

This app offers the residents of the municipality to communicate through the Internet, both the City Council and the company of SERCOMOSA services, incidents detected at exact points on the map of the city, and to monitor the them until they are resolved.

To participate you only have to fill in the registration form in the app.

The application is free for mobile devices (IPhone and Android) .In addition this system has enabled incident management through a web portal accessible from any computer with an Internet connection.

A team consisting of 65 workers of the municipality and the company SERCOMOSA, receives directly the incidents detected without previously processed.

This system will allow management closer to citizens and improve the capacity for action and response, which will be reduced significantly from now and will be much more effective.

Mayor, Esther Clavero Look, defined the "Watch Molina" application as "a tool for the future", and commented that "the new technologies, serving the public in a direct and effective manner, are becoming the best ally of the municipal government and services company SERCOMOSA for immediate resolution of incidents on public roads ".

The municipal councilor considers that it is a system that improves the service provided to citizens, and that is in addition to "the common effort of a more livable and sustainable city with quality public services."

Esther Clavero has indicated that it is living a new era in the way public services are provided to citizens, and added that "information and communications technology tools are there to develop progress and effectiveness."
