Molina de Segura will host next May 13 the VI Retina Murcia Day, which has been presented this morning at a press conference in the municipality of Moline.
The event was attended by the Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, the Managing Director of the Molina Hospital, Pedro Hernández Jiménez, the Councilor for Public Health, Esther Sánchez Rodríguez, the President of Retimur, David Sánchez González And the President of FEDER, Juan Carrión Tudela.
The Hospital de Molina collaborates actively with FEDER and all its associations, as part of its commitment in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility.
"We want rare diseases to be visible to society, and VI Retina Murcia Day is another opportunity," recalled the Managing Director this morning.
Speakers include Dr. Jerónimo Lajara, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the UCAM and ophthalmologist, and Dr. Pablo Artal, President of the Medical Studies Foundation of Molina (FEM) and Professor of Optics
This event, to be held at the Colegio Paseo Rosales (Molina de Segura) is a meeting place for scientists, students and professionals of the retina, low vision and visual disability of the Region of Murcia framed within the First week of the Retina, and is declared of Scientific Sanitary Interest by the General Directorate of Sociosanitary Planning, Pharmacy and Citizen Care of the Region of Murcia, Attendance to the event requires prior registration, but is free.
