The Second Lieutenant of Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of Molina de Segura, Ángel Navarro García, has reported on the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board, held on Wednesday, May 24.

The awarding of the technical assistance service for the revitalization of social centers and Zone Boards and the development of the 2017 Participatory Budget process, as well as the approval of the collaboration agreement between the City of Molina de Segura and Banco Sabadell to facilitate the Access to entrepreneurs to finance their projects and business activities.

TOWN PLANNING

It has been approved the granting of 3 major works licenses, 2 urban sanctions, 4 files for restoration of urban legality, and a file for lifting urban charges.

ESTATE

Approval of relation of invoices, for an amount of 213,314.41 euros.

Approval of the proposal for annulment and write-off of the receipts and settlements of the municipal collection of justified losses corresponding to the month of March 2017, for an amount of 36,578.54 euros.

Approval of the proposal for annulment and write-off of receipts and settlements of the municipal collection of justified losses corresponding to April 2017, for an amount of 60,004.37 euros.

RECRUITMENT

Approval of the contract denunciation of the management of the maintenance and operation service of the sports center located in the Urbanization of API Casa del Aire, property of the Municipality of Molina de Segura, which ends on 22 August 2017.

Approval of the beginning of the contract for the maintenance and leasing service of multifunction and printing equipment for the City of Molina de Segura, with an annual cost of 112,981.33 euros, and an estimated value of the contract of 186,746 euros.

Approval of the award of the technical assistance service for the revitalization of social centers and Zone Boards and the development of the 2017 Participatory Budgeting process, incorporating special social execution conditions related to the socio-labor insertion of unemployed persons, to the Local consortium, for a total amount of 47,000 euros.
