5th ​​Hospital Week: Health through physical activity and nutrition (24/05/2017)

With the aim of highlighting the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle, performing physical exercise, and always directed by professionals, the head of the Physical Activity for Health Service of the Hospital de Molina, José Manuel Martínez Real, gave this afternoon a Free workshop aimed at the women's associations of Molina de Segura, within the framework of the 5th Week of the Hospital.

The workshop consisted of aerobic warm-up with coordination and agility, and strength training for lower limbs (legs).

Nutrition has also focused on activities organized by the head of the Nutrition and Dietetics Service of the Hospital de Molina, Rebeca Pastor Valero.

Through the "Supplementary feeding" talk, Pastor Valero has highlighted the importance of family feeding, where all children included should sit at the table to eat the same food: "We should all eat the same and not do different foods For children, our children need to see us eat healthy food, "says the Nutritionist of the Hospital de Molina.
