The Second Lieutenant of Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of Molina de Segura, Ángel Navarro García, has reported on the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board, held on Tuesday 13 June.

The approval of the collaboration agreement with the DISMO Association for the Integral Development Plan for people with disabilities, as well as the modification of a contract for the management of the urban transport public service of the urban center of Molina de Segura, which includes the new line of Bus between Altorreal and the city center of the city.

TOWN PLANNING

The concession of 5 major works licenses, 1 town planning sanction, 14 restoration of urban planning legality, an urban development charges file, and a subsidiary execution file have been approved.

ESTATE

Approval of relation of invoices, for an amount of 859.301,61 euros.

Approval of the list of modifications, discharges, discharges and returns of garbage receipts from the Inspection Unit for the third quarter of 2017.

Approval of the modification of the fiscal calendar of taxes with periodic character and collective notification 2017.

RECRUITMENT

Approval of the return of the guarantee of the construction works of the Child Education pavilion at CEIP Ntra. Sra. De los Remedios, in the hamlet of La Torrealta de Molina, to the UTE Montajes y Conducciones Impamar, SLU, Estructuras Metálicas Carrión y Cano, SL, and Construcciones Pedro Díaz, SL, for an amount of 31,672.72 euros.

Approval of the return of bail of the modified construction of the Child Education pavilion at CEIP Ntra. Sra. De los Remedios, in the hamlet of La Torrealta de Molina, to the UTE Montajes y Conducciones Impamar, SLU, Estructuras Metálicas Carrión y Cano, SL, and Construcciones Pedro Díaz, SL, for an amount of 5,752.69 euros.

Approval of the return of the guarantee of the electricity supply for the points of consumption in high voltage of the Municipality of Molina de Segura, to the company Iberdrola Generación, SA, for an amount of 20,864.02 Euros.

Approval of the rejection of two files of claim of liability for various causes.

Approval of the dismissal of an appeal for the repossession of the ex officio recovery of the property registered in the Municipal Inventory of Real Estate, with the number 240, located in Children's Park of 4.200 m2, in Las Toscas Garden.

Approval of the estimate of the appeal for the replacement of the request for the transfer of the De Las Balsas Center to the Association of Sacred Heart Neighbors (AVESCO).

SOCIAL WELFARE

Approval of the collaboration agreement between the Municipality of Molina de Segura and the association DISMO for the Integral Development Plan for People with Disabilities, with an expenditure of 22,000 euros.
