The act of signing an agreement between the City of Molina de Segura and the Murcian Association of Psychosocial Rehabilitation for the promotion of programs and actions of social development and cooperation in European projects took place today Tuesday June 27, in the consistory of Mine.
The Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, the President of the Murcian Psychosocial Rehabilitation Association, Luis Pelegrín Calero, and the Councilor for Policies for Labor Insertion, Andrés Martínez Cervantes, attended the ceremony.
The purpose of this agreement is to define the framework of collaboration, the regime and the terms of the agreement between the City of Molina de Segura and the Association of Psychosocial Rehabilitation Murciana, in order to carry out various actions aimed at promoting the Social development, participation of the population and social and youth organizations in projects of a European nature.
The agreement contemplates:
Promote information, guidance and advisory services in the areas of employment and youth and volunteering and European programs that promote the exchange of information, experiences and joint action, so that initiatives, proposals and projects can be promoted in Molina de Segura between the Citizenship and organizations and entities for development and social promotion.
Promote information, orientation and mutual advice on matters related to the process, programs, rights, different policies (sustainable development, health, employment, rural development, culture, innovation, economy ...), etc.
Of the European Union and any aspects related to it are considered of interest by the parties for the dissemination and participation of youth in the affairs of the European Union and the social development of Molina de Segura.
These information, orientation and counseling actions will be developed fundamentally in the programs of Employment and Social Innovation;
Education, Training, Youth and Sport;
Employment and Social Innovation;
Culture and Justice and Citizens' Rights.
Specifically, actions will focus on employment and youth programs such as EaSI, Creative Europe, Europe with Citizens, Erasmus + (mobility in the field of education, training and youth, youth exchanges, European Voluntary Service, Mobility of workers in the field of youth, cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices or contacts between young people and those responsible for youth) or others such as town twinning, European Voluntary Humanitarian Aid Corps or the social challenges of Horizon 2020 which may affect the field of development and social inclusion.
The agreement also contemplates other actions of diffusion and sensitization:
Approach and make known among the citizens the initiatives, actions and projects that develop or can be done by both institutions in a collaborative way in the areas of social development, such as socio-labor integration, health and social welfare, education, youth, equal opportunities, etc.
Promotion and dissemination of European initiatives and programs related to the fields of development and social inclusion of young people in Molina de Segura and, in particular, those relating to employment, social and labor integration, the socio-health field, education, European voluntary service, youth, equal opportunities, etc.
With the purpose of promoting the interest and participation of the citizenship and of the entities and associations of the municipality in said programs and initiatives.
Commit to establishing channels of communication and access of citizens to this information and programs adapted to different groups and social interests.
Both institutions undertake to make available the fulfillment of the purposes of the Convention and the performance of the actions that comprise or derive from it the human resources and the necessary facilities and facilities.
The Town Council of Molina de Segura, in particular, through the support of the councils of European Projects, Youth, Policies for Labor Integration and others related to the matters of the agreement.
For its part, the Murcian Association for Psychosocial Rehabilitation through its management structure, which at present is responsible for presenting, programming, developing and evaluating those European initiatives of interest for the fulfillment of the objectives of the association.
Moreover, the development of this agreement does not imply any commitment or economic obligation to the signatory parties.
