With the Meetings Meetings with literature in Murcia: the Order of the Meteorite and other writers today, held in different venues between 2 and 6 October, the University of Murcia wants to welcome the literary fall Murcia.
They are organized by Carmen M. Pujante, Professor of the Department of Spanish Literature, Theory of Literature and Comparative Literature, along with professor Manuel Martínez Arnaldos and Dr. Consuelo Mengual Bernal, whose thesis was on these writers.
Open to all interested parties, the conference will include lectures, interviews, round tables, literary routes and a writing workshop (with a literary competition for officially registered participants).
Thus, we intend to analyze the current panorama of literature, especially since the literary explosion that is being experienced in Murcia and the curious legend of the meteorite fallen in Molina de Segura.
On Wednesday, October 4, the Salvador García Aguilar Library of Molina de Segura (at Avenida del Chorrico, No. 44) will be located under the title La Orden del Meteorito: irradiations from inside and outside, being open to the general public.
The program will be as follows:
15.30 h .: Presentation by the institution and the organizers.
4 pm: Francisco Vicente Gómez, professor of UMU, will talk about Literature in Molina de Segura.
17.00 h .: Interview with Manuel Moyano, by Manuel Martínez Arnaldos.
18.00 h .: Round table with Manuel Moyano, Elías Meana, Paco López Mengual and Pablo de Aguilar, in charge of the lawyer and doctor in European Literature Consuelo Mengual Bernal.
19.00 21.00 h .: Literary route by Molina de Segura by the Order of the Meteorite.
