The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, and the Councilor of Public Road, Fuensanta Martínez Jiménez, held a meeting, today Wednesday, October 4, with the Secretary General of the Ministry of Presidency and Promotion of the Region of Murcia, Yolanda Muñoz Gómez.
In the aforementioned meeting, which took place at the headquarters of the Ministry of Presidency and Development, municipal officials have presented the problems that from the City of Molina de Segura want to transfer to counseling to achieve their solution, and affecting roads and districts and peripheral districts.
Regarding the General Direction of Roads, the Mayor recalled that, "over the last years, the problems have been increasing and increasing the neighborhood complaints by the lack of maintenance in the vials of regional ownership, that run for the municipal term of Molina de Segura, as well as different requests of improvement in diverse black points or conflictive of the tracings ".

PROBLEMS OF ROAD SAFETY IN ROAD RM-560
There is an urgent need to prepare and solve the serious condition of this road, which is so important in communications with other areas, such as La Nora, Javalí Viejo and Alcantarilla.
The entire road is cracked and bumpy, and it is necessary to reinforce it.
MAINTENANCE OF RM-A5 (MOLINA-FORTUNA)
The City Council has been demanding for almost two years the cleaning and clearing of the ditches and bike path between Molina de Segura and La Alcayna, as well as the arrangement of a rehundimiento of the bike lane at the height of Los Olivos.
The Molina de Segura access roundabout has recently begun to be cleared, but the lack of maintenance makes this road, which is so busy with other municipalities and major urban areas, that it has problems with visibility and use of the bike path.
Also, it is necessary and urgent to construct a roundabout for access to the hamlet of Los Valientes, due to the dangerousness of the intersection.
ROAD OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF TRANSPORTATION
In its day, the General Direction of Roads built the road that connects the old N-301 (now Avda. De la Industria) with the City of Transportation and with access to the A-30 Motorway.
This road, currently stands with its firm totally decomposed, without zones for pedestrian crossing and without public lighting.
As, in turn, it joins the industrial estates, its conditioning is very necessary.
CONNECTION OF THE CITY OF THE TRANSPORT WITH THE INDUSTRIAL POLYGON OF THE SERRETA
During the construction phase of the Transport Town of Molina de Segura, DG Transport communicated the Industrial Area of ​​El Tapiado with the Industrial Poligono of La Serreta, through a road that crossed the Rambla de la Cañada de Morcillo.
The step taken was taken by the rainwater of the Rambla.
It is very necessary and urgent to condition the firm of this road and carry out a speed step that allows the passage of vehicles (long articulated trucks) in the area.
Likewise, it would be necessary to provide this area with public lighting, due to the pedestrian use that is a pedestrian crossing between the industrial estates and the City of Transportation.
As regards the General Directorate of Local Administration, within the main demands of the City of Molina de Segura, the Mayor recalled "the lack of contribution and participation by the Autonomous Community to solve various municipal problems, the Plan of Pedanias and Peripheral Neighborhoods, subsidized by the Autonomous Community, was being solved in 2012.
