The signing of the collaboration agreement between BMN-Cajamurcia, Union of Entrepreneurs Murcianos SGR (AVALAM) and the Municipality of Molina de Segura, for the financing of entrepreneurship projects took place today Wednesday, October 18, in the municipality of Molina.
The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, Councilor for Promotion and Economic Strategy, José de Haro González, the General Director of AVALAM SGR, Luis Martínez de Salas y Garrigues, and the Director of the Levant Territorial Network of BMN- Cajamurcia, Asensio Martínez Rodríguez.
Both the City of Molina de Segura, BMN-Cajamurcia and Avalam SGR share among others the mission of promoting entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial innovation in society, fostering an entrepreneurial culture at an early age.
Therefore, they have sought formulas and instruments to meet the financing needs of this, and have jointly promoted a collaboration, which translates into the start-up of the LĂNEA EMPRENDE, which encourages SMEs and AUTONOMOMES to create and consolidate your business projects.
LINE EMPRENDE
This is a special line of free financing to finance the credit operations guaranteed by Avalam SGR, in favor of the companies that work with BMN-Cajamurcia, with the aim of providing the necessary financial resources to newly established SMEs , so that they can undertake the necessary investments in the start-up, or growth of their business project.
Requirements
To be SME and / or AUTONOMOUS according to the definition of the European Union, and be constituted, at most in the 24 months prior to the request.
Main activity and registered office in the municipality of Molina de Segura.
Technical and economic feasibility of the business project.
Means
Initial allocation of the line: 400,000 euros.
The agreement has a duration of one year from the date of its signature, and will be tacitly extended for periods of one year, provided there is no notice of either party informing the desire to finalize it, with a minimum anticipation of three months.
Destination
Investment and Working Capital.
The acquisition of fixed assets and working capital will be financed, necessary for the start-up or expansion of the business project.
Amount
Between 5,000 euros and 25,000 euros.
Avalam SGR will guarantee 50% of the amount, the rest is assumed by the financial institution.

Avalam SGR Aval Commission: 0.80% per annum on live risk in a single payment to the formalization of the guarantee.
Linked Social Capital
The SME and / or self-employed must be SOCIA PARTICIPE of Avalam SGR and subscribe an initial participation of 300.51 euros.
For each social participation, you can access a guaranteed funding of 15,025 euros.
This capital is refundable at the request of the SME, once the guarantee has been canceled.
Project Grant
This collaboration agreement does not mean for the City of Molina de Segura the obligation to make any financial contribution.
Notwithstanding this, the City Council may, subject to processing of the corresponding administrative file, provide a subsidy to subsidize the expenses incurred in obtaining the financing line of this agreement, up to a maximum of 1,000 euros per project, destined to to cover the costs of the guarantee and expenses of the operation.
The City Council of Moline will manage this agreement through its Business Office, a space dedicated to entrepreneurs and their business initiatives.
It facilitates the birth, establishment and consolidation of those newly created business projects or that are in the process of being set up, with a view to better and faster integration into the business fabric.
