The Municipality of Molina de Segura has published the declarations of patrimonial assets and participation in councilors' societies, as well as the declarations on causes of possible incompatibility and on activities that provide or can provide income, taking into account the most recent date of update by the different councilors that form the Municipal Corporation, and taking into account the declaration models approved in the Transparency, Access to Public Information and Reuse Ordinance.

This ordinance was drawn up in 2016 with the participation of all the municipal political groups, the Federation of Inter-Neighborhood Neighbors Associations and the zone councils, as well as municipal technicians from different disciplines, with reference to the Model Ordinance model elaborated by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces.

The Ordinance includes in article 16, on information of public positions and persons who exercise the maximum responsibility of the entities, the point:

1. (e) Declarations of assets and activities which they formulate prior to taking office, at the time of termination and at the end of the term of office, and when the factual circumstances are modified, in the models included as Annex I and Annex II.

In any case, the publication will omit data relating to the specific location of real estate and will ensure the privacy and security of its owners.
