The ATIENTAS group has been the winner of the music modality of the Young Art Creation Competition CREARTE 2017, organized by the Youth Council of the Molina de Segura City Council in order to promote, support and channel the creative and cultural work of the young boys.
The final took place on Tuesday, December 5, at the Music Joll de Molina de Segura, and featured the performance of DAVID MOYA as a guest artist.
The rest of the groups participating in the final were classified in the following order: second prize, CARMESÃ;
third prize STARING INTO THE WOOD;
and second prize, MONONO.
The prizes are: a first prize of 1,000 euros;
a second prize of 500 euros;
a third prize of 400 euros;
and second prize of 300 euros.
CREARTE 2017 establishes several modalities: music, literature, photography, plastic arts and comics.
They could participate young people, collectively or individually, with ages between 14 and 35 years (as of December 31, 2017), born or accrediting their residence in the Region of Murcia.
In the case of the Music modality, young people could participate, collectively or individually, with ages between 14 and 35 years old, born or registered in Molina de Segura, or studying in an official center or working in the municipality.
The judgments of the remaining juries of the Art Creation Contest will be known before December 20.
For the First Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Youth, Fernando Miñana Hurtado, "this contest was a demand of the young people of Molina de Segura.Our municipality has a very creative youth, wanting to innovate in all artistic disciplines. It is necessary that from the institutions we put in their hands all the available spaces and tools to develop their talent, since that is one of the main riches of our society, which is why this first CREARTE contest has been a success of participation and quality , and guarantees continuity for the second call in 2018. "
