The neighbors of Molina de Segura, while they make their last purchases in the shops of the town, will be able to taste, this Thursday, January 4 from 10.30 in the Paseo Rosales, a spectacular roscón de Reyes of more than eighty meters , which will develop three bakeries and three bakeries in the town.
This initiative, pioneer in the municipality, is carried out within the framework of the activities of Christmas, New Year and Kings, organized by the Department of Local Festivities of the City of Molina de Segura, in collaboration with the Department of Commerce and the Association of Trades and Professionals COM-PRO.
The confectionery teachers of "CONFITERÃA ELOY", "DULCE NOAH" and "CONFITERÃA LA ERA", together with the great bakers of "PANADERÃA VIRGEN DE LA FUENSANTA", "PANADERÃA EL CANO" and "LA SUBIRANA, PAN WORKSHOP" will be the makers of the great Roscón de Reyes, following the most traditional recipe for it.
The roscón will be full of gifts donated by the shops of the town attached to the Christmas Campaign.
Inside, you can find yourself, from some earrings, to a beauty treatment, going through skates or a girl's dress.
It is expected that the traditional candy of these days has in its interior more than a hundred surprises.
This great roscón de Reyes is emerging as the aperitif of the Cabalgata de Reyes that will depart on Friday, January 5, at 17.30, from the Barrio de San Roque, and then continue along Calle Mayor, Calle San Juan, Avenida Gutiérrez Mellado, Calle Serrerías, Avenida de Madrid and Plaza de España (in front of the Town Hall), where the parade will end to give way to the reception that the "Magi" will offer to all the children of Molina de Segura.
