"Experiences such as the Twitter profiles of the National Police or Civil Guard have been a great tool to bring police forces closer to the population, making them part of the management that is carried out," says Fernando Miñana.
The account is managed by a Local Police agent with a degree in Journalism, as it is estimated that he is the person indicated by technical and professional qualification.
