The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, has visited the facilities of Labor Viva, FEYCSA Special Employment Center (CEE) Adapted to People with Disabilities, today Wednesday January 31, in the industrial estate La Estrella of the town.
He was accompanied on the visit by the Councilor for Social Welfare, Ángel García Navarro, and the President of FEYCSA, Rosa García Iniesta.
FEYCSA is a Special Employment Center for Social Initiative;
that is, created and managed by non-profit entities, which are ASTRAPACE, ASTRADE (both working in Molina de Segura), ASSIDO Murcia and ASIDO Cartagena.
The counselors are representatives of these entities and work altruistically.
In addition, the company reverses all the benefits in generating employment for people with disabilities.
In 2018 it has 18 years of activity as a special employment center.
Although it has its registered office in Murcia, in practice, FEYCSA concentrates most of its activities in the municipality of Molina de Segura, since its two warehouses, workshops and training rooms are located in the La Estrella Industrial Estate of this municipality .
At present, it has a workforce of 57 workers, 93% with disabilities.
Within its staff of workers with disabilities, 37% have physical-organic disabilities, 32% have intellectual disabilities, 23% have mental disabilities due to mental illness, and 8% have sensory disabilities.
30 workers with disabilities from the workforce, out of a total of 53, are also assisted by the Support Unit for having special needs for socio-labor insertion to develop their job.
47% of the workforce are workers over 45 years old and 21% are women.
FEYCSA is working with the Women's Institute on an Equality Plan for Men and Women to improve the conditions of access to employment for women with disabilities.
FEYCSA is financed by 75% with the billing of services and products in its different lines of business for administrations, companies and individuals, and by 25% from the regular subsidies of the Regional Employment and Training Service to the Special Employment Centers and the discretionary aid that he gets by developing projects and training courses, for which he is certified in several professional certificates related to his activities as a company.
The current business lines are summarized in:
1. Contracts reserved to CEE by AAPP for the rendering of services of general service assistants and personnel of various occupations.
2. Graphic Arts: agendas, notebooks and other personalized accessories for congresses, schools and business gifts (LABOR VIVA).
3. Document management: digitization, custody and confidential destruction of documents (DOCUVIVA).
Very innovative line of which the Hospital de Molina is the main client and collaborator.
4. Garden cleaning and maintenance services (ECOVIVA).
