The clubs Molina Basket and UCAM Murcia will represent the Region of Murcia in the prestigious FYM Tournament, which takes place in Nerja (Málaga) this weekend.
In this event, the best basketball teams in Spain are mentioned in the pre-child category, formed by players born in 2005. This event brings together the most representative national basketball clubs every year.
In this edition they take partochoequipos of Liga ACB: Unicaja of Malaga, Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, ​​Joventut, Real Betis Energy Plus, Montakit Fuenlabrada, Valencia Basket and the UCAM Murcia.
To this poster are added the best teams of Andalusia and the champions of other regional federations.
In total, there will be 24 teams divided into eight groups.
The first two of each group will play the round of 16, crossing first against seconds.
Molina Basket has been invited for the first time to the tournament, thanks to the regional championship achieved in the previous season.
The set led by Emilio Bujeque has been framed in the difficult Group H;
will face FC Barcelona and CB El Palo, host team.
The UCAM Murcia for its part will face two Andalusian teams in Group F: the CDB Cabra and the Granada Foundation.
The quarterfinals and the semifinals will be played on Saturday, while on Sunday the final matches will be played to order the positions of the final classification of this famous tournament.
