The system that allows the electronic processing of judicial procedures has entered into operation in the courts of Molina de Segura, which completes the deployment of digital justice in the Region of Murcia.
From now on, the signing and consultation of documents in the judicial bodies of this town will be carried out entirely in digital format, which will help expedite the processing and provide greater guarantees to all legal acts.
The deployment of the digital justice system in the six mixed courts of Molina de Segura will benefit its more than 137,000 citizens.
Since the use of electronic means between the courts and legal operators became mandatory in January 2016, more than 386,000 notifications and writings initiating the lawsuit and processing have been made in Molina de Segura.
The implementation of digital Justice in this locality has required actions of organizational, technological and change management type to train personnel in the handling of new applications.
The follow-up of the works is carried out through a Technical Implementation Group constituted by the heads of the judicial office and the Ministry of Justice, which is in charge of technical support.
Throughout this year the equipment will be distributed to allow mobility in the jobs of magistrates and lawyers of the Justice Administration of Molina de Segura.
