A total of 79 students have participated for a year in the three Mixed Employment and Training Programs developed in Molina de Segura (10/04/2018)

The act of closing and awarding diplomas to the 79 students of the Mixed Programs of Employment and Training, Sports Spaces and Leisure 4, Support for Sports Management 3 and Rehabilitation of the Sánchez Cánovas 2 Stadium, organized by the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF) and the Department of Policies for the Training and Labor Insertion of the City of Molina de Segura, takes place TODAY Tuesday, April 10, at 7:00 pm, at the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium (in MUDEM).

The Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, the General Director of the SEF, Alejandro Zamora López-Fuensalida, and the Councilor for Policies for Training and Labor Insertion, Concepción Orenes Hernández attend.

In the PMEF GJ Sports and Leisure Spaces 4 32 young people under 30 enrolled in the National Juvenile Guarantee file participated, in the PMEF JV PMEF JV Rehabilitation Sánchez Cánovas 2 32 unemployed young people under 25 years participated, while in the Support for Sports Management 3 15 unemployed young people under 25 have participated.

These projects are inspired and maintain many common elements with the traditional programs of Workshop Schools and Craft Houses.

They are configured as mixed employment and training projects, which aim to improve the employability of unemployed young people under 25 years of age, and young people registered in the national Youth Guarantee file under 30, in order to facilitate their employment, through training and qualification in alternation with productive work in the realization of works or services of public or social utility.

The programs have been subsidized by the SEF and, in the case of the Youth Guarantee PMEF, by the European Social Fund, with an amount of 867,459.30 euros, and co-financed by the Molinense City Council, with 283,000 euros of municipal contribution.

The training given has been related to the training itinerary of the following certificates of professionalism:

Auxiliary operations of masonry of factories and roofs.

Furniture installations.

Welding with coated electrode and TIG.

Plumbing and domestic heating operations.

Auxiliary operations of assembly and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.

Auxiliary activities in nurseries, gardens and garden center.

Auxiliary operations in the organization of activities and operation of sports facilities.

Likewise, the students have received complementary training to these specialties, as well as guidance, advice, professional information and business training, throughout the training process.

The works in which they have intervened have been:

PMEF GJ SPORTS SPORTS AND LEISURE 4:

Completion of the conditioning of the changing rooms of the Sánchez Cánovas Soccer Field, improving the electrical installations and the adjoining area of ​​the football field, which is known as El Soto de la Hijuela;

and maintenance of the municipal nursery and public buildings, zones and gardens, such as the El Romeral Sports Center, the El Llano soccer field, and the installation of a garden at the Cañada de las Eras Children's School.

PMEF JV SUPPORT FOR SPORTS MANAGEMENT 3:

Accomplishment of auxiliary tasks of sports activities, in the operation of sports facilities and support to sports technicians in the various municipal sports centers: El Romeral Sports Center and Pool, Sánchez Cánovas Soccer Field, Serrerías Pavilion, Antonio Peñalver Pavilion, and Francisco IES Pavilion of Goya.

PMEF JV REHABILITATION SÁNCHEZ CÁNOVAS 2:

Conditioning of exterior toilets and stands in the Municipal Soccer Field Sánchez Cánovas.

These three projects, one year long, have been divided into 2 phases:

A first, three months of training, in which students have received an assistance grant.

And a second phase, of 9 months, of alternation of training with work and professional practice, in which the students have been hired by the City Council, in the modality of contract for training, receiving a salary equivalent to 75 % of the SMI.

At the end, eligible students can access the certificate of professionalism of the specialty in which they have been trained.
