The Second Deputy Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of Molina de Segura City Council, Ángel Navarro García, has informed of the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board, held today, Tuesday, April 17.

It stands out the approval of the start of the recruitment file of the organization, management and execution service of the B-Side Festival 2018, with an expenditure of 90,750 euros, as well as the approval of the call, rules and expenditure for the XV Setenil 2018 Award at Best Book of Stories Published in Spain.

TOWN PLANNING

6 major works license files have been approved.

ESTATE

Approval of invoices list, for an amount of 722,058.84 euros.

Approval of modifications, discharges, registrations and returns of garbage receipts from the Inspection Unit of the second bimester of 2018.

RECRUITMENT

Approval of the return of deposit of the drafting of the detailed study project of blocks 11, 13, 15 and 17 of the UA IV of the PP Cañada de las Eras, to Ángel Luis Cases de Lara, for an amount of 592.60 euros

Approval of the award of the lease of local modules located in the Business Center Hotel of Companies of the City of Molina de Segura, with destination to the provisional location of companies, Gasma Automoción, SL, for a monthly amount of 60 euros.

Approval of the start of the procurement process of the organization, management and execution service of the B-Side Festival 2018, to be awarded by simplified open procedure, including special execution conditions of an environmental, social or innovation-related nature, with an expenditure of 90,750 euros

CITIZEN PARTICIPATION

Approval of the general protocol of action between the City of Molina de Segura, the University of Murcia and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena for the promotion of citizen participation aimed at promoting transparency, innovation and the reindustrialization of Molina de Segura.

CULTURE

Approval of the call, rules and expenditure of 10,000 euros for the XV Setenil 2018 Award for Best Book of Stories Published in Spain.
