The signing of a cooperation agreement between the city of Molina de Segura and the Association of Social Economy Enterprises in the Region of Murcia (AMUSAL) for the promotion of social economy and promoting employment and local development in the municipality has been place on Tuesday 21 September, in the Press Room of City Hall.
The event was attended by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, President of AMUSAL, Francisco José Pérez Ballester and Councillor Development and Employment, Sonia Carrillo Marble.
The purpose of this agreement is to support institutional action measures taken by both entities to implement whatever actions are necessary to facilitate the promotion of social economy, promotion of employment and solidarity of wealth creation in the municipality .
To develop this goal, AMUSAL undertakes to perform the following actions:
Provide Information, Training and Advice needed to improve the qualifications of those who choose to promote their own business.
Direct and individualized attention to entrepreneurs, aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and self-employment, especially of women and immigrants.
Advice and Information for the incorporation of who were interested as to the labor market, and self-employment.
Making Courses, Seminars or briefings on the social economy in general and Industrial Companies and other companies owned by its workers in particular.
Design training courses aimed at those who were interested as to create and launch their own businesses, to facilitate market entry self-employment in viable enterprises.
Offer participation in all training programs that AMUSAL intends to develop in the municipality.
Advice on business management for the consolidation of social economy businesses viable in the municipality.
Any other activity, in line with the above could contribute to better employability of citizens and improving the competitiveness of companies in the municipality.
For its part, the City of Molina de Segura is committed to working with AMUSAL in the development of all sections under this agreement:
Provide information to allow AMUSAL a better understanding of the socioeconomic situation of the municipality.
Perform the communication, dissemination and publicity of this agreement necessary.
Implement specific awareness raising campaigns to encourage entrepreneurship and the emergence of viable business initiatives in the municipality.
AMUSAL make available suitable premises and everything necessary for the development of the planned activities.
Support, promote and enhance the development strategies of the Social Economy in the municipality, within their availability.
Giving the necessary facilities and financial resources, material, technical and human resources that are specified in this agreement for AMUSAL can adequately develop their business in the municipality.
The facilities and resources cited in the previous section, are specified as follows: assignment by the City of Molina de Segura training rooms to deliver training courses or other type AMUSAL develop locally as well as a space Employment Center (in Building column) for three days a week, for the provision of services by a technician of the association, supporting the achievement of the objectives of the Convention.
