The First Deputy Mayor and Speaker of the Local Government of the City of Molina de Segura, Worship Molina Lopez, has been reported in a press conference today, Friday 22 October, the resolutions adopted at recent meetings of the Governing Board Local.
Award highlights the start of construction of new sports courts covered in public schools Our Lady of Consolation and The Romeral, the award of the construction of the Visitors Center in the Castle District and segregation and transfer to the region of a municipal plot for the construction of a third health center in the municipality.
CONTRACT MATTERS
Awarding of the construction of sports center and covered patio paving the Public School Our Lady of Consolation for Structural Steel Company John Smith and Sons, for a total of 170,504.04 euros.
Awarding of the construction of indoor sports center and rehabilitation of toilets and changing rooms in the Public School to the Romeral Construcciones Villegas, for a total of 277,899.47 euros.
Award of the work of low voltage power supply to consumption points to the Orus Hall Energy Ltd., for a total of 1,054,678.71 euros.
Award scheme development and implementation of Visitor Center Construction Company Molina Villegas, for a total of 189,321.67 euros.
Award of the Environmental Education Program Discover your environment Ecoespuña company, for a total of 27,378 euros.
Awarding the project to establish the line of the Valencian as ecotourism trails in the stretch of road to La Alcayna in Paraje Las Canteras, to the Greenway, in Schillings Hermanos Construcciones, SA, for a total of 60,023.04 euros.
These works employ 8 workers.
Project Integration Award of Educational Spaces (ITEP) for the 2010/2011 academic year to the company 7 Imagination, for a total of 20,160 euros.
Adoption of the report for emergency work pursuant to recess of sports facilities in the neighborhood of San Miguel by torrential rains, and award the project to Sports Equipment Company, Inc., for a total of 38,927.16 euros.
Approval of final acceptance of the development works of the Industrial la Polvorosa left bank.
Approval of the receipt of construction of the new headquarters of the local police in the urbanization of Alcayna.
OUTSTANDING ISSUES
Approval of segregation of 4,000 square meters plot in Cañada de las Eras destined for sanitary equipment (third Health Center) and later transferred to the Autonomous Community of Murcia.
Initial approval of the modification of Development Project of PERI Rabbits II (PER/ER3), correcting deficiencies and endorsement of 61,411.26 euros.
Adoption subsidy of 44 euros to pensioners over 65, widows and long-term unemployed.
So far this year, from 1,374 applications submitted by citizens, have already been processed a total of 1,111, with an estimated 94% (1,045 adopted, the vast majority of pensioners) and rejected a 6% (being usufructurarios / owners of other property or for not being current on tax obligations with the City).
Approval of payment of 31,000 euros to the Solidarity and Rehabilitation Foundation, under the agreement between that institution and the city of Molina de Segura.

Approval of suspension of Personal Care Weekends and Holidays, awarded by 38,167.25 euros, due to the notice of grant for the year 2010 of 21,871 euros, an amount insufficient to continue the provision of that service.
Approval of the 18% VAT from 1 July, at the rates approved for the removal of vehicles on public roads.
Approval of the call for grants for activities and operation of neighborhood associations in neighborhoods, parishes and neighborhoods, for a total of 100,000 euros.
Approval of membership to several conventions:
Agreement between the University of Murcia and the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment for the creation of the Chair of Corporate Liability.
Agreement between the Regional Confederation of Organizations of Murcia (CROEM) and the departments of Agriculture and Water and Health to the reduction in the use of single-use bag (with the aim that by 2012 be 50% lower than in 2007).
Agreement with the Association of Young Entrepreneurs in the Region of Murcia (AJE) and the Association of Social Economy of the Region of Murcia (AMUSAL) to strengthen the Social Economy and Labour Societies, as well as promote and spread the entrepreneurial culture among the youth of the municipality.
Approval of request to the Government of Spain and the Autonomous Community of Murcia Region of measures to mitigate, repair and restore damage caused by the rains of August.
Approval of Patterns:
Business Tax: municipal fee (888 settlements, for a total of 1,090,903.96 euros).
Fee for Entry and Exit of Vehicles (4,432 settlements, for a total of 255,648.10 euros).
Annual rate Cemetery (5985 settlement, for a total of 128,450, 66 euros.).
Approval of the receipt of grant from the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF) for the completion of 15 training courses for the unemployed, for a total of 411,350 euros.
These courses involve 225 local unemployed people (15 students per course).
Currently there are already five courses in progress: health caretaker, specialized care for Alzheimer's, kitchen helper, renewable energy installations in buildings, administrative and versatile for SMEs.
The City of Molina de Segura has also launched two computer courses (word processing and introduction to computers, with 15 students per course) and is currently conducting the selection of students and administrative and teaching staff of the Workshop Next Molina Employment, which shall consist of five monitors, a director, an administrator and 40 students for a year receive training in home care, geriatrics, kitchen and renewable energy and the environment.
The Job Shop has a budget of 900,000 euros, of which 870,000 are subsidized by the SEF.
