The Department of Public Safety, Traffic and Local Police of the City of Molina de Segura, in collaboration with the Directorate General of Traffic, performs an information campaign on the compulsory use of lighting and reflectors on bicycles at night, to improve visibility and safety , which takes place between 1 and 30 November.
This communication campaign, whose message is to try to see and improve your security, is aimed at bikers.
With the entry into force of Law 18/2009 of 23 November, amending the Road Safety Act regarding penalties, is classified as a minor infraction that bikes do not carry lights and reflectors when moving through night.
During the month of November, the traffic police inform cyclists moving at night without lights to hold and use, but not punish.
