The Company Pelmà nec (Catalonia) presents the puppet show DON JUAN, bitter memories of ME on Friday 5 November at 21.00 pm in the Teatro Villa de Molina (Avenida de Madrid, No. 10).
The ticket price is 9 euros.
Under the direction of Maria Castillo and played by Miquel Gallardo, the play tells the story of an old Don Juan, exhausted by a long, dissolute life, and mocked by what escapes death, retired to live in a Franciscan convent expected to fulfill its destiny.
He meets James, a young monk who has lived since birth from the world.
James is responsible for ensuring the health of Don Juan and, although in principle the young monk fears the mysterious host, gradually his fear will turn into admiration to hear their stories.
All that is jealously watched from the darkness by Father Luis, the prior of the convent and is responsible for the medicines you take Don Juan to cure a mysterious disease.
During his stay in the convent cell, Don Juan must confront its dark past, women who cheated and, of course, the ghosts of deaths left behind.
Unknowingly, the three have a common past much closer than you think, and they all have very different immediate future than they realize.
