The City Council signed cooperation agreements with twelve social organizations that receive grants for a total of 257,000 euros (17/12/2010)

The City of Molina de Segura has signed cooperation agreements with fourteen twelve organizations that develop social work in the municipality.

The total amount of subsidies granted by the council through these agreements amounted to 257,000 euros.

The signing ceremony took place on Friday December 17, Plenary Hall in the city, headed by the mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, accompanied by the Councillor for Social Welfare, Worship Molina López.

By social institutions, have attended: Alberta Martínez Vázquez, Director of the Association of Relatives and Mentally Ill de Molina (AFESMO), Juan Antonio López García, President of Caritas Interparroquial of Molina de Segura, María Pilar García Gallego, President Association for Social Integration of Disabled Persons (TEDIS), Consuelo González Serrano, Director of Shared Home Association, Josefa Martínez Pérez, President of the Association of Physically Handicapped of Molina de Segura and Vega Media (DISM), Mariano Manzanares Torres, President Parents Association of Mentally Handicapped & Protectors and (ASPAPROS), Maria Soledad Guerrero Ferre, President of the Association for the Care of Persons with Autism and Other Pervasive Developmental Disorders in the Region of Murcia (Astrada), Sor Belén Crespo Pachón, Director of Residence Our Lady of Fatima Pia Foundation Autonomous Carlos Soriano, José Fernández López, President of the Foundation Trust Jesus Forsaken, Marcos Andrés García Fernández, President of the Assembly Local Red Cross, Maria Lopez Belmonte, President Federation of Senior Clubs Molina de Segura, José Antonio López Gómez, President of the Association of Relatives of Patients with Alzheimer and other dementias of Molina de Segura (AFAD).

AFESMO collaboration agreement with the development of a Draft Social Integration for People with Mental Disabilities.

AFESMO undertakes to give priority to the disabled of the town to access services offered from the stage of personal attention and care, to integration in the workplace, through job-specific training counting in any case, the necessary coordination with the Municipal Office for the Disabled.

For its part, the City is committed to providing an economic partnership of 19,000 euros.

Collaboration agreement with Caritas Interparroquial de Molina de Segura for the draft Care and Immigrant Aid Society, Homeless and other groups.

Interparroquial Caritas is committed to providing the service and basic assistance to immigrants, homeless and disadvantaged, who are in situations of need, and demand it through the Social Welfare Department, or at the very Caritas Interparroquial of Molina de Segura.

For its part, the local council is committed to providing an economic partnership of 13,000 euros.

Collaboration agreement with TEDIS for an occupational center for the training workshops and social integration of people with disabilities.

The City Council made a financial contribution of 16,000 euros, while TEDIS is committed to fulfilling the object of that agreement, which is to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities, promoting the maximum development of their individual capabilities and encouraging full family integration, social and work through activities and workshops to develop their occupational center.

Collaboration agreement with the Association shared home for the development of a sheltered housing project for seniors, with a contribution of 36,000 euros local public.

Shared Home Association Molina de Segura aims for collective care for the elderly, and this agreement affects the collective housing project for seniors in the municipality, located in Calle Adolfo Suárez.

DISM collaboration agreement with the development of a Work Plan with Disabilities, a municipal public contribution of 10,000 euros.

DISM is committed to giving priority to the disabled in Molina de Segura to access the services offered from this partnership: personal care and welfare, integration into the world of work and specific job training, in coordination with the Municipal Office for the Disabled.

The Work Plan will be held in the center of the association, located in Calle Los Pasos.

ASPAPROS collaboration agreement with the development of a Program of Social Integration Activities with Disabilities, a municipal public contribution of 10,000 euros.

ASPAPROS undertakes to give priority to the disabled in Molina de Segura to access the services offered from the stage of personal attention and assistance to labor market integration, through specific job training, in collaboration with the Office Municipal Disabled.

The program is developed in ASPAPROS Occupational Center, located on Calle Amistad, in the Barrio de San Miguel.

Collaboration agreement with Astrada for care activities for people with autism and other pervasive developmental disorders.

This association is committed to a mutual collaboration in order to care of patients with developmental disorders in the town of Molina de Segura, through the implementation of technical assistance activities, thus contributing to improving the quality of life of patients and families affected.

The amount of these activities will cover the City is 10,000 euros.

Collaboration agreement with the Autonomous Pia Carlos Soriano Foundation for the Care of Older People Stay Scheme / Private Home for the Elderly in Our Lady of Fatima.

The Foundation is committed to provide at least two places residents in the center, which will be selected by the municipal social services among elderly people in the municipality.

The City provides as compensation to the availability of seats for up to 36,000 euros (depending on the actual occupancy of spaces).

Collaboration agreement with the Foundation Board of Murcia Jesus Dropped the reception of the homeless and those who lack resources and do not receive financial benefits.

The City provides 6,500 Euros and the Foundation is committed to world attention to poverty and marginalization.

Collaboration agreement with the Red Cross Local Assembly Molina de Segura for Transportation and Day Care.
