Dr. Francisco Guirado Award in its first edition, organized by the city of Molina de Segura, has been awarded to the Association of Psychosocial Rehabilitation Murcia / ISOL / Parque Los Juncos.
The award ceremony took place on Thursday 7 April, during the Health Fair, held at the Town Hall Square until Saturday April 9 and has been assisted by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares The Councillor for Health, Lola Vicente Quiles, Area Manager VI Primary Care Tomás Fernández Pérez, General Director of Care Quality of Health Service of Murcia, Blázquez Magina Pedrero, and the President of the Association of Psychosocial Rehabilitation Murcia, Luis Pelegrin.
From October 31, 2002 (date of its establishment), the Association has developed ISOL labor integration projects with mentally ill patients and former drug addicts, people with serious professional and social integration.
From 2005 to 2007, through Project Ibn Arabi, got 56 job placements.
In 2008, through the Healthy Employment Program, formed to 235 patients.
Currently, through Isol Project, develop workshops audiovisual, computer, internet, kitchen, maintenance, carpentry, forging, leisure, gardening and cleaning.
Also, the Park has become Los Juncos the former municipal dump into a modern leisure complex with school activities like soccer, paddle and fitness, summer schools, playground and restaurant Happisol Los Juncos.
They have created the following companies:
Sports Activities and SL Integration with 8 permanent jobs.
The Chorrico SL active leisure, with 12 stable jobs.
Restaurante Los Juncos, with 7 permanent jobs
