The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares, participates as a speaker at the conference on Territorial Management Employment.
New Paradigms in Public Employment Policy, organized by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), held in Madrid on 25 and 26 October at the Hotel Tryp Ambassador.
The intervention of the mayor will take place on Wednesday 26 October at 12.30, and will focus on case studies.
Strategic Plan for the Promotion and Development of Human Capital in Molina de Segura.
The sessions aim to: generate a process of reflection on the changing production model in Spain, the dimensions and facets of the process and the potential role of local governments, to analyze the objectives and content of an integrated nuclear promotion and development of human capital.
Identify and define the key to the development of Local Plans for the Promotion and Development of Human Capital as a distinct political reference, analyze the needs, objectives and strategies of organizational and functional improvement of local government for the management of integrated promotion and development of Human Capital, and enrich the process of reflection on sustainable development policies Local Development and Employment, the employment management experience that can be taken as a model of change and the role for local governments.
