The City Council invents a new fee to get the money from citizens by forcing them to pay twice for the same thing when they decide to build a house or locally.

A person, businessman or businesswoman, build a house or a room with a budget for the purposes of ICIO less than 100,000 €, will be required to pay twice: first the ICIO, 3,900 € and, secondly, the new rate, another 600 € more for processing the license (the 0.6).
If a license is pending further work to reform a roof, for example, with a budget for the ICIO € 20,000 will be paid € 780 for the tax works and 600 € more than the new rate, total, 1,380 €, ie nearly 77% more in this case.
The Socialist Group is diametrically opposed to the new rate and municipal spokesman, Antonio Gomariz, demanded that the Mayor and the PP to withdraw it because it is totally unjustified and is only intended to raise more for something that people pay when they make a play, the tax of works.
The Socialist Party calls unfair rate because it is an insult to those who decide to invest in your home or premises.
In addition, Antonio Gomariz repeatedly warned that this new rate is not justified and requested an examination of its legality because it could involve paid twice for the same.
The PSOE studies challenge this new rate and insists on its removal, because the way to help investment and economic recovery of families, businesses and corporations is not "inventing" new taxes to plug the holes caused by the City Council mismanagement parings and waste of City Hall.
