The Insurance Compensation Consortium (CCS), a public entity of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, has issued a briefing note regarding damage caused by the floods last Friday, September 28, part of which is reproduced below, for citizens who know of Molina de Segura:

CCS Communication damage and examination of such damages

The communication of the damage affected the insured may be performed directly or through their insurance company or intermediary (agent or broker) insurance through two alternative ways:

by calling the Call Centre of CCS, 902 222 665, from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.00.

via the Internet, if available, or certified mail ID in the CCS website: www.consorseguros.es

The communication of the damage will lead to simultaneous computer record of the file and the allocation of a CCS insurance adjuster who will contact below with the insured to visit and assess the damage risk damage.
