The PSOE Municipal Group regrets the missed opportunity to have new tools to facilitate access to housing.
The PP preferred ideological trench before exploring new ways to find solutions to the problems of the housing molinenses.
Juan Jimenez, spokesman Councillor Welfare, offered all possible options to PP to agree on a Commission or Municipal Housing Council to address and study tools into the hand of the molinenses new possibilities for access to decent housing, as social rent, park or bank of vacant dwellings from various sources, among other, those owned by financial institutions that are empty, taxes, bonuses, signing agreements with financial institutions, developers, etc.
The PSOE Municipal Group believes that it has lost a good opportunity to have explored and implemented new tools and formulas to facilitate access to housing in Molina de Segura.
Socialist spokesman Antonio Gomariz, describes the attitude of the child PP, irresponsible and shortsighted, by overthrowing an opportunity claimed by all opposition groups and not wanting to sit and study the proposals and solutions offered in the Socialist Group .
In a city with nearly 7,500 people out of work, with many families who have serious problems to address their housing payments and other in order to have decent housing, the PP lost in absurd questions, capricious, showing great insensitivity problems that have thousands of molinenses with housing.
The PSOE Municipal Group will continue reaching out to find solutions, and present further proposals to the House January to rectify the PP and join in the search for new solutions to housing problems, such a serious issue that requires a consensus Basic to the PP should be able to contribute and no obstacles.
