The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares, presented the project to mirror a group of about 30 entrepreneurs to collaborate on the development of the same, within the Strategic Plan for the Promotion and Development of Human Capital in the locality.
The Mirror Project is for students of 4th of ESO, which, organized in groups, and in collaboration with ASEMOL, Hospital de Molina, Sercomosa, BNI Networking Group and other entrepreneurs Molina de Segura and the region, will visit various companies to spot check the work procedures of 40 professional profiles (previously selected for its evocative power of professional vocations): work schedules, protocols, training required, etc..
The project objectives are:
Awakening professional vocations.
Fix students in education to prevent early incorporation into the labor market.
The Strategic Plan for the Promotion and Development of Human Capital of Molina de Segura consists of fifty measures aimed at employment, education and training of citizens, whose ultimate goal is to generate the much-needed change society through the reorientation of production activities in the municipality.
At present, and with the collaboration of the four public HEIs, the city of Molina de Segura is launching with municipal budget three: Projects Mirror, Games and Speaking Environment Influence.
