The construction of a roundabout access ASTRADE center and leisure park Los Juncos from Highway Chorrico of Molina de Segura have been visited, on Friday February 15, by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, accompanied by the Councillor of Municipal Works, Vicente Fernandez Oliva.
Access to the center ASTRADE and Leisure Park The Juncos are performed by two separate yet crosses perpendicular to the highway Chorrico marked with a stop sign.
The high road traffic logs, as it constitutes one of the connections of the town of Molina de Segura with the A30 motorway and developments as Altorreal or Chorrico and and closeness of curves and elevation changes of the road itself in the vicinity of intersections, junctions resulting causes very hazardous such as are prepared today.
To provide security, capacity and functionality to the connections of both complexes with Chorrico Road is currently building a gazebo facing the entrance to the center ASTRADE current, which will also connect with the leisure park Los Juncos, by rectification of the layout of the road connecting the park with leisure Chorrico Road.
The proposed roundabout has the following characteristics:
Bore and outer diameter 18 meters 36 meters, with two lanes of 4 meters each, providing a diversion of footpath that runs parallel to Highway Chorrico, so that borders the new roundabout.
The roundabout will have its associated lighting, drainage and signage.
It also provides for the replacement of the affected services.
Planned investment in project: 235,886.70 euros.
Works Start Date: October 1, 2012.
Date of completion of works planned: end of February 2013.
