However, the Socialist councilors considered an unjustifiable lack of foresight that a new public childcare center, opened in 2011, has problems of basic facilities, such as deficiencies in the installation of air conditioning, service lacking fixed optimal (indispensable for ads emergencies, for example), which lacks blinds or awnings to protect children and workers who do not have enough computers for work in classrooms, Internet access infrastructure or something as basic as a better access control the intercom.
The installation deficit is the main courtyard of the center, which is disabled by not qualify for the lower house (except a small space that is appropriate for you to be out of the classroom).
The PSOE Municipal Group considers this to mismanagement of the City for not anticipating these deficiencies and claim immediate investments in plenary to address them and improve the quality of the center and the services provided to children, workers and families.
