The awards ceremony of the XIV Painting Contest March 8, organized by the Department of Equality of the City of Molina de Segura, will take place on Monday, March 18, at 20.00 pm in the Municipal Exhibition Hall Jail ( Calle Cervantes, No. 5).
Attending the local mayor, Eduardo Contreras Linares, and the Councillor for Equality, Reme Lopez Paredes.
The works submitted to the contest will be displayed in this room until the 5th of April, and can be visited from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 17.00 to 21.00, except on 19 March and 1 and 2 April, which will remain closed room.
The competition involved men and women age 18 and over, who were born or reside in the Region of Murcia, in the categories of drawing or painting, and with the theme: Women.
The awards covered are as follows: 1st prize, 720 euros 2nd prize, 360 euros, and 3rd prize 180 euros.
