The PSOE Municipal Group emphasizes the need to provide the Economic and Social Council of means to know the real social and economic status and strategies to overcome the serious situation of the municipality.
The number of unemployed has risen again in Molina de Segura in March, almost 7,600 people registered as unemployed, 5.6% more than in March last year, despite the overall decrease produced in Spain.
This closes a very negative first quarter in Molina de Segura, with a 6.3% rise in the number of people registered over 2012.
In this situation, the Municipal Group reminds Contreras PSOE and the PP who are required to take urgent action and make a radical change to promote the economy and employment.
The service cuts policies and rights, as well as tax increases do not work and yet they are destroying jobs and companies.
Antonio Gomariz, PSOE Municipal spokesman, claims that this policy "for all machines and carry zero Molina is bringing negative consequences, with a social and economic situation never before seen by most molinenses".
The Socialist Group considers necessary to reach a new social contract with the public that includes a covenant with employment for Molina de Segura
