The closing ceremony of the Games project Mirror and influence, the Strategic Plan for the Promotion and Development of Human Capital (PECH) of Molina de Segura, took place on Thursday May 30, in the auditorium of the Centro Las Balsas.
Attended by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, Regional Commissioners PECH Validation, Local Commissioners of PECH, business partners, representatives of neighborhood associations, and directors of institutes Molina Secondary Education Segura.
The Strategic Plan for the Promotion and Human Capital Development Molina de Segura consists of fifty measures aimed at employment, education and training of citizens, whose ultimate goal is to generate the much-needed change society through the reorientation of production activities in the municipality.
In collaboration with public secondary schools, the city of Molina de Segura has launched municipal budget three: Project Mirror, Games and Speaking Environment Influence.
In the Mirror Project participated in its first year a total of 172 students from 4 of the ESO (the IES Cañada de las Eras, Eduardo Linares Tader Lumeras and Vega), and 32 companies have collaborated professionals Molina de Segura and surroundings.
Students have visited 11 companies to spot check the work procedures of 42 profiles (perfectly detailed digital platform) work schedules, protocols, training required, etc..
In addition, 11 professionals have given talks in the IES during this first pilot, developed between February and May 2013, and has been supported by three technicians of the Department of Employment associated with the project.
In 2014, it is expected the participation of 300 students.
The Mirror Project objectives are:
Awakening professional vocations.
Fix students in education to prevent early join the labor market.
As for Project influences Games, a total of 9 students (next year will be 60 students) of IES Eduardo Linares Lumeras have participated in the activity.
The team was known as Team B and developed the project Antibasuras.

For its implementation, have collaborated several neighborhood associations (Federation Interbarrios, El Carmen, San Roque, La Molineta and Ernaldo Martinez Magan).
This time, the group has been voluntarily tutored by Amparo Aloy and Lucia Gil (Director and Secretary, respectively, of the IES), and participated one technician Department of Employment as associated with this project.
You have planned the following work: photos of dirt situation in various parts of town, meeting with Sercomosa, recycling, neighbors and survey solutions.

The project started in April 2013 and will remain open for the next academic year.
Third, during this academic year has developed digital platform Speaking Environment Project, which is to establish videoconferencing between ESO students tutored the public IES Molina de Segura and English-speaking peers.
Currently, the city of Molina de Segura is working for implementation in the next academic year public secondary schools in the municipality, with the collaboration of the University of Murcia, various schools in the UK, and Instituto Cervantes centers abroad
