Molinense City Council in the development of its activities and responsibilities for employment policies, has been carrying out various actions in training and development of economic activities in the town, for which the INFO requested the transfer of the facilities that institute has in the Polygon The Merganser, in order to serve as the premises of its training workshop, and as a consequence, the corresponding agreement was formalized assignment in the July 28, 1997.
This agreement has been extended by addenda to the present.

Both parties have agreed to extend the term of the agreement, and hence the assignment of facilities described therein, for a further period of five years, until July 28, 2017.

The industrial area of ​​the Walled is one of the oldest in the town molinense.
