The jury of the X Prize Best Book Setenil Stories Published in Spain 2013 has released ten finalists titles, whose decision will be known from the end of next October.

This year, the award has maintained the high participation of previous editions, registering a total of 62 titles submitted by publishers and authors around the country.

To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the award is designated the same jury of the first edition, I gave the book The Blind Sunflowers by Alberto Mendez.

Chaired by writer Juan Manuel de Prada, Ana Luisa will also vocal Baquero Escudero, Professor of Literature at the University of Murcia, Ramón Jiménez Madrid, professor of literature and literary critic in La Opinión.

The award ceremony will take place in December in Molina de Segura.

Setenil Award for Best Book of Short Stories Published in Spain, organized by the Culture Department of the City of Molina de Segura and endowed with 10,000 euros, has become an essential national reference in the genre of story.
