The City of Molina de Segura, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Works, renovated the building and started this center.
The complex is formed by, the manor house, the chapel next which was part of the colony, an area of ​​agricultural crops to display products characteristic of the area, a Ferris wheel on the canal hydraulic in operation and declared of Cultural Interest and, since 2011, a hall for temporary exhibitions.
The manor house has two floors.
