The Department of Education and Culture of the Municipality of Molina de Segura, on the occasion of the feast of St. Cecilia 2013, patron saint of music, has organized a program of activities that will take place in the city between 19 and 22 November.
This has had the collaboration of the Conservatory of Music Maestro Jaime Lopez, Municipal Polyphonic Choir Hims Mola, and associations BATUTA Virginia, AVESCO and Pro Musica de Molina de Segura.
The municipal kindergartens Molina de Segura also collaborate with the Conservatory and the Association for Music in conducting various activities.
The full program is as follows:
Tuesday, 19 November at 20.00 pm in the Social Center Las Balsas (in Cartagena Street, near the Plaza of Griffins), guitar recital, by the students of the Municipal School and the Conservatory of Music, in collaboration with the Neighborhood Association of the Sacred Heart (AVESCO).
Wednesday, 20 November at 17.00 pm in Paseo Rosales, parade and concert by the Band of the Conservatory.
Music in primary schools, run by Julian and Elena Cantos Andúgar, teacher and student of the Conservatory of Music Maestro Jaime Lopez, who will perform the work Flamenco, body percussion.
In addition, children show / as small percussion instruments.
Organized by the Association for Music in Molina de Segura, with the following schedule:
- November 20: 10.00 h., EI Glen of the Ages, and at 10.30 h., EI The Immaculate.
- November 21: at 09.30 h., EI The Limonar, at 10.15 h., EI The Consolation, and at 11.00 h., EI The Molineta.
Friday November 22: at 20.00 am at the Cultural Hall Cajamurcia (in Paseo Rosales), Conference / Concert Over two centuries ringing, by the Polyphonic Choir Municipal Association Hims BATUTA Mola and Virginia, in collaboration with Cajamurcia Foundation.
First, there will be the conference by José Miguel Sandoval Garcia.
Then the Polyphonic Choir concert Hims Municipal Fuensanta Mola and soloists and Maximino Hernandez, accompanied on piano by José Vicente Riquelme Ros.
