According to information received from the attorney of the defendant, Octavio Fernandez Moya, the Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 5 of Molina de Segura has ordered the suspension of the release scheduled for today, Thursday November 21, housing, located at Calle Atenza, a neighbor of Molina de Segura, under the documents presented before it by the representative of the Municipal Office of Consumer Information (OMIC), at the direction and with the explicit support of the City Commission of care for people in Risk of Eviction the City of Molina de Segura, essentially a Providence provided by the Criminal Court No. 6 of Murcia.
The suspension is temporary, in order to give notice to the public prosecutor and the parties to submit their observations, in order to the existence of criminal prejudicialidad.
The Municipal Commission for Assistance to Persons at Risk of Eviction, which has met urgently on 11 and 20 November to address this issue exceptionally, is currently composed of representatives of all local political groups, the OMIC, the Social Welfare Department, the Department of Housing, Caritas, Red Cross, Unions, Federation of Neighborhood Associations Interbarrios, Platform of People Affected by the Mortgage and 15M Movement Molina de Segura.
