The Department of Employment of the City of Molina de Segura offer several training programs for employment to a total of 234 unemployed.
The amount allocated to such programs is 730,000 euros, funded by the Regional Employment Service and the molinense City Council.
One program is the Project Ceramics C1.
This is a blended course for Employment and Training in which 24 young unemployed people under 25 will acquire skills in trades combining training with actual work for 12 months.
The training will be based on certificates of professionalism of the specialties that make up the training project.
Specifically: Auxiliary Operations Masonry Factories, Furniture Installation, Stick Welding and TIG, and Operations Plumbing Heating Air Conditioning and Domestic.
Young people will be hired by the City through contract training mode for 9 months and during the first three, will be charged as a scholarship training course.
During the probationary period will be held the remodeling of the Plaza Ceramics, which names the educational project.
On the other hand, unemployed 60 may participate in the training courses that the SEF has awarded the City of Molina de Segura, totaling 2280 hours of training, which are included professional internships.
The budget fully funded by the SEF, amounting to 177,031 euros.
The specialties that will be given are related to the restoration and renewable energy.
Also, the Department has offered 10 training activities in computer field, with a total of 200 hours of training, and intended for 150 unemployed.
