The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between the City of Molina de Segura and the University of Murcia for the realization of the International Congress of Colleges and Schools of Social Work held today Monday, March 3, in the building of the Rectory of Convalescence UMU in Murcia.
Attended by the Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares, the Rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Gómez Cobacho and mayors of other municipalities that have signed a similar agreement (Eagles, Los Alcazares, Beniel and Mazarrón) .
The purpose of the agreement is to regulate the cooperation between the two institutions to develop the International Congress of Colleges and Schools of Social Work.
The conference's main objective is to facilitate the exchange and transfer of scientific knowledge and practical experience to society in general and institutions in particular.
The general direction and supervision of the congress is for the University of Murcia, through the School of Social Work.
It will last 25 hours and will take place mainly at the premises of the University of Murcia from 23 to 25 April 2014.
As a contribution to the financing of international congress, the city of Molina de Segura agrees to provide the total amount of six hundred euros 600 euros.
