The XII Meeting of Women in Molina de Segura, organized by the Department of Equality molinense City Council in the development of the Fourth Plan for Equal Opportunities and in commemoration of March 8, the United Nations Day for Women's Rights and International Peace, took place on Friday, March 7th, from 10.30 to 17.00, in the Rambla of whales (Barrio San Roque).
This year 400 women attended the 27 associated centers local woman who collaborate in organizing the event.
The program of activities is as follows:
10.30 received.
10.45-11.45 h:. Sporting activities.
11.45-12.00 h:. Welcome by M ª Carmen Lozano Gomariz (President of The Rural Women Brave) and Emilia Redondo (Matron Health Center Jesús Marín).
12.00 h. Mass., by the pastor of the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, Ramón Jara.
13.30 h. Greeting Mayor and Councillor for Equality, and regional and local reading manifest occasion of March 8.
14.00 h. Meal.
15.30 h. Various activities by Women centers.
17.00 h. Goodbye and end the meeting.
The Councillor for Equality, Reme López Paredes, considered "interesting to conduct such meetings, where they accommodate both leisure and recreational and cultural, thus promoting the exchange of views between partners of different centers."
