The City of Molina de Segura, through the Department of Health launched an awareness campaign against animal abandonment, which is done with the collaboration of the College of Veterinarians of Murcia and the animal welfare groups district: Humane Association of Molina de Segura (APAMS) and Protective Association PAMI (For A Whole New World).
This campaign is the result of the will of the vast majority of the residents of Molina de Segura, in the fight for the welfare of animals in order to prevent abandonment and suffering.
The campaign will be carried out during the summer months (July and August) is a time when many pets are abandoned in Spain.
The Councillor for Health, José Antonio Contreras Carbonell, invites "all citizens of the town to show their respect and love for animals denouncing any action that may cause them suffering."
