Open opportunities to 100 young unemployed degree (18/07/2014)

The PSOE Municipal Group proposes that the House approve a Plan of Youth Access to Employment molinenses unemployed without work experience, for engagement through practices in the City and in cooperation with molinenses companies, in positions related to their prior training, something that defends Antonio Gomariz Spokesman PSOE in the city, increasing their chances of employment and employability, and providing access to the first job.

Within this Plan, says Gomariz, accommodates a collaboration agreement with the Regional Employment and Training to establish labor practices in our City of molinenses graduates without work experience

The Socialist Spokesman Contreras and requires the PP to react and act against the scourge of youth unemployment in Molina de Segura, and believes that this Plan can benefit some 100 unemployed youth with vocational training and university degree between 2014 and 2015 . Contreras It urges to move, since it is incomprehensible that may be thinking of something else.

Antonio Gomariz states that the number of contracts to young people under 25 years is stagnant or downward: the months of June 2013 and 2014 are the fewest youth contracts the last ten or fifteen years, falling below 300, where in middle years of the crisis nearly four youths under 25 were recruited during the months of June.

If we take the start of the municipal term, the fall between June 2011 and 2014 is 11.5%.

The Socialist Party calls the Mayor and PP are never as leading cities that promote employment, at least not block or reject proposals that would create opportunities for young people, as they did in September 2012, voting against a motion of the PSOE to promote youth employment.

And consider that, while not definitive solutions to the unemployment problem, suppose an incentive to promote access to employment opportunities for unemployed young people with qualifications.

By contrast, the City remains passive when there are already many towns and cities that implement programs and experiences to improve the skills of young people and facilitate their employment, such as labor practices, professional practices, stays abroad, etc..

involving opportunities in this regard.

Is necessary to promote gateways to enter the labor market as non-work internships at City Hall and in companies and institutions with the aim of encouraging a first work experience and further training of young people in a real work environment by agreements where the municipalities open their doors to young molinenses for paid practice for a few months.
