The City of Molina de Segura discuss changing the tax ordinance for next year 2015 in the regular plenary on Monday 27 October.
The proposal leading to the plenary of the town Mayor, Eduardo Contreras Linares, is lowered and bonuses at the IAE and new bonuses in the IBI.
As for the IAE, two changes are proposed:
Down in the IAE for activities located in industrial areas.
A decrease of 10% in the tax paid by companies located in industrial estates, the lower the coefficient of zone 2 to 1.8 occurs.
Establishment of the IAE BONUSES that meet the criteria of promoting policies that favor the adoption of measures by the companies subject to the tax, have to do with job creation and social improvements for their workers.
These bonuses are:
Home of activity (50%).
Creating permanent employment (up 50%).
Promotion of public transport or shared workers (up 15%).
Regarding the IBI, the motion of the Mayor proposes BONUSES in some areas of undeveloped land for development by linking singled out agricultural activities in nature, ranging between 50% and 90%.
This is agricultural land that the General Plan considered developable and have not developed as such.
In this sense, the Mayor added that "prompt legal amendment allowing the disposal to the problem of land whose development is very stagnant, collecting judgments to that effect are produced and can not be applied generically by necessary of the municipalities.'s why resort to route specific bonuses in terms that allows the law. "
Besides the new bonuses that will be added by 2015, discounts for direct debits of the main taxes and regularly (5% property tax and 3% in the Tax Motor Vehicle and IAE (3% remain ), and following the policy initiated in 2014 to comply with the commitment made at the time by the governing body of lower taxes.
