The presentation of the book The Serpent Grotto, Monica Parra, takes place on Tuesday, November 4th, at 20.00 pm in the Library Salvador García Aguilar Molina de Segura (in Chorrico Avenue, No. 44) .

Monica Parra (Solingen, Germany, 1972) has a degree in Hispanic Studies and currently resides in Molina de Segura, combining his teaching work as a professor of language and literature with a passion for writing.

In his student days he was part of a theater group and founded together with other new writers a youth association of literary creation.

His poetry was awarded by the IV Contest Young Municipal Building in Murcia and the Literary Contest for Young Lyrics Molina de Segura.

In 2013 he published The Lost Books, a story for students of Spanish.

The cave of the serpent is his first novel and was published in 2014 by Carena Editors, in his collection of juvenile fiction.

His character is Bruno, who travels to Norway with her parents and knows there a Norwegian girl named Eve;

concerned both by the Viking runes, found a clipboard decorated with strange symbols that happens to be related to Nazism.

They soon discover that the tablet is actually a map: perhaps in the Lofoten Islands a treasure stolen by the Nazis ... The adventure Bruno and Eva will take you to a cave, a find as an alienated and violent neo-Nazis are hiding.
